Yungblud has been invited to go fly fishing with Roger Daltrey.
The 27-year-old music star has struck up a close friendship with the singer - who is the co-founder of the rock band the Who - and the pair have bonded over their mutual love of fishing in recent years.
Speaking about their friendship, Yungblud - whose real name is Dominic Harrison - told The Sun newspaper's Bizarre column: "My phone kept ringing and it was a weird number so I ignored it.
"But it kept going so I answered and this man said, ‘Hello, it’s Roger.’
"I was like, ‘Roger f****** who?’ And he said: ‘It’s me, Roger Daltrey, I’m just on a ladder fixing my roof’."
Roger, 80, then invited Yungblud to go fly fishing with him.
Yungblud said: "He told me he was a big fan and invited me to go fly fishing with him.
"When I’ve got the time I’ll be putting on my wellies and going down to see him."
Meanwhile, Yungblud previously explained that he felt "voiceless" at the age of 18.
The chart-topping star recalled feeling "furious at the world" during his younger years - but his attitude and approach to life has changed thanks to his fans.
Yungblud explained to the BBC: "When I was 18, I was so furious at the world. I was so furious at the government, at Brexit. I felt so voiceless.
"But how can I be angry when I live in this community? I've realised the protection we have within each other."
Yungblud also rubbished accusations of insincerity.
He shared: "Everyone was questioning my authenticity and it hurt me. People were harsher to me than they were in high school. It made my world turn inside out."
