Writing on Instagram, Robson said: "Had an extraordinary days filming with the one and only, the wonderful and absolutely hilarious @rosemarinoramsey for our new BBC series.
"The day started with meeting Dan Smith and Charlie Dunn along with their team from Northern Outdoor who helped increase our knowledge and understanding of the outdoors with some bush craft that included creating fire from your surroundings and building our very own shelter from the materials around us on the stunning Twizzel Estate!
"Then after the Chill came the Thrill of racing Power Turn Buggies on the Slaley Hall Estate with Instructor Ian Moir.
"A day where we were able to switch off, relax and reset for the week ahead. A Weekend Experience that really was good for the mind, body and Soul!"
