Neil Robertson's hopes of a third Tour Championship snooker title have been dashed with the Australian going out in the semi-finals to world No.1 Judd Trump in Manchester.
The left-hander went down 10-4 with Trump progressing to his first Tour Championship final after a dominant first session.
Trump, who lost at the final-four stage of this event in 2019 and 2020, took a commanding 7-1 lead at Manchester Central.
Two-time champion Robertson fought back in the evening session but Trump ensured there was no miracle comeback.
He will now meet the winner of John Higgins or Zhao Xintong in Sunday's final.
