Michael Carter and Vinny Curry are dealing with injuries at the moment, though both are only minor. Jets coach Robert Saleh shared updates on each player after Tuesday’s practice after both were held out of team drills.
Carter has a “small” ankle injury and is considered day-to-day. Curry injured his hamstring but like Carter, he too is expected to return this week.
So overall, it was good news from Saleh on these two key players for the Jets.
RB Michael Carter is dealing with a minor ankle injury he suffered yesterday, which is why he wasn’t in team drills today. DL Vinny Curry has a minor hamstring injury. Both are expected back this week. #Jets

Carter is battling Breece Hall for snaps at running back, while Curry is trying to earn reps at edge rusher. Fortunately, they’ll be back on the field soon, competing once again.
