As Donald Trump's inauguration approaches, numerous events are set to take place in addition to the official activities organized by the president's inaugural committee. One such event is the MAHA Ball, organized by MAHA Action, a nonprofit associated with former senior staff from Robert F. Kennedy Jr.'s past presidential campaign. The MAHA Ball, scheduled for Monday night in Washington, aims to promote Kennedy's vision of 'Make America Healthy Again' (MAHA). The event is described as a gathering of MAHA vision supporters to reflect on their efforts and witness the impact of their movement on America's future.
Robert F. Kennedy Jr., a well-known vaccine skeptic and Trump's nominee for the Health and Human Services Department, is expected to attend the MAHA Ball. Notable figures like Dr. Mehmet Oz and Dr. Marty Makary, who have been selected by Trump for key healthcare roles, are also anticipated to participate.
