Robert Downey Jr. says Pedro Pascal's "slow trajectory" to becoming a "household name" has reaffirmed his "faith" in the entertainment industry.

The acting heavyweights have grown close after shooting forthcoming Marvel film Avengers: Doomsday, and Downey Jr. is delighted to see Pascal is on a "wildly hot streak" after a gradual rise to fame.
