Hollywood actor Robert De Niro has revealed the name of his seventh child.
The 79-year-old announced the birth of his child last week and has also confirmed girlfriend Tiffany Chen is the baby's mother.
CBS This Morning host Gayle King delivered the news from Robert and Tiffany about their newborn baby girl named Gia Virginia Chen-De Niro.
"[Gia] weighed eight pounds and six ounces when she was born on April 6," she told the audience. "Robert De Niro and his partner Tiffany Chen are over the moon about this little girl.
"Now, this is the thing," she added. "Robert De Niro has six and now seven children. The oldest is in their fifties he now has this little baby."
"Yes, this baby was planned," Gayle confirmed after revealing that she asked Robert whether the couple were expecting a new child.
"We are over the moon. She was brought here by love."
The Taxi Driver actor shocked fans when he surprisingly announced that he'd welcomed another child. He currently shares two children - Drena, 51, and Raphael, 46 - with his first wife, Diahnne Abbott, and two children - Elliot, 25, and Helen, 11 - with ex-wife, Grace Hightower.
He also has twin sons Aaron and Julian, 27, with his former girlfriend, Toukie Smith.
When asked by a reporter what it was like to be a father of six, Robert corrected him, saying: "Seven, actually. I just had a baby."
He didn't reveal the mother of his child at the time but while it's unclear how long Robert and Tiffany have been dating, the couple have been seen together as far back as June 2022.
It's thought the pair met on the set of Robert's hit flick The Intern back in 2015, where Tiffany played the part of a martial arts instructor.
Former Sex And The City star and close pal of Robert's, Kim Cattrall shared that Tiffany is a "beautiful woman."
"God bless him, his significant other," Kim said. "Tiffany is such a beautiful woman. She came to the set once with her family and watched filming, and she was gorgeous and sweet. I'm happy for both of them."
A martial arts instructor by trade as well as for the big screen, Tiffany was seen showing off her baby bump back in March this year.
Robert has since been bombarded with questions about his new child, including one from Page Six, who asked whether he was "surprised" about the arrival of his seventh child.
"No," he replied, "How you could not plan that kind of thing?"
He also shared his feelings about becoming a father again with Extra, telling the publication: "I'm ok with it. I'm good with it, but [parenting] never gets easier."
