Robbie Williams ' sprawling Los Angeles family home has been spanned up by superstar rapper Drake, for a reported $50million.
The lavish property, which covers three acres of land in Beverly Hills, is believed to have been sold to the Canadian musician, 35, in an off-market deal.
The Take That singer, 48, shared the home with actress wife Ayda Field, 42, and their four children; Theodora, nine, Charlton, seven, Colette, three, and Beau, two.
It is understood he had initially hoped to sell the Tuscan style home for $80million before settling for $50million, after failing to find a buyer.
However the Angels singer shouldn't be too downcast as he still made a notable profit, having originally bought the property from Guess co-founder Armand Marciano for $32.67 Million in 2015, property records disclose.
The main house is 25,000ft, with ten bedrooms and a staggering 22 bathrooms.
The mansion also boast a gym, game room, screening room, an elevator, tennis court, an eleven car garage, a mosaic tiled pool and an outdoor kitchen.
Mail Online reports this is Drake's first real estate purchase in Los Angeles, after previously buying a 50,000 square foot estate in Toronto.
The sale comes after Robbie sold his country estate in Wiltshire, four months after it went on the market.
The X Factor judge bought the property for £8.1million in 2008, but has now sold it at a loss, after lowering the asking price to £6.75million.
The house boasts seven bedrooms, a large kitchen, living room complete with roaring fire, a swimming pool, a helipad and huge sprawling garden grounds.
Robbie has previously suggested it is haunted, and said it gave him "the creeps".
He said in a podcast previously: "It gives me the creeps. Teddy told me, 'That room scares me. I don’t like that house.'
"I said, 'It scares me too. You don’t have to sleep there any more.’
"If there is great grief or great pain or tragedy, I think it can soak into the walls and leave an essence there that remains for a very, very long time."
However, Rob has also previously gushed over the building, saying it is where he and Ayda – who he started dating in 2006 and married in 2010 – deeply fell in love with each other.
He said: "Compton Bassett House has been the perfect escape for our family.
"It is where Ayda and I truly fell in love, set roots as a couple, and dreamed of our future family."
The singer also owns a London home, that had been the source of an ongoing battle with his next door neighbour, Led Zeppelin guitarist Jimmy Page.
The Let Me Entertain You crooner was granted permission for an underground pool and gym in 2019, after five yeas of fighting with Page.
