Popstar Robbie Williams has "amazingly" pulled the same fan out of the audience twice - only 20 years apart. The Stoke-on-Trent superstar was performing in Budapest as part of his latest tour.
A keen showman, the former Take That singer decided to pick fans to come to the front of his show. Unbeknownst to the singer at the time, it turns out one of the fans chosen might have had a sense of de ja vu, because he'd been in the same position two decades ago.
The singer has now taken to social media to share the story. He wrote: "So this happened two nights ago in Budapest - I chose someone from the audience to come down to the front and, amazingly, I chose the same guy that I picked out from the audience in Budapest 20 years ago.
"The odds of that happening? 174,240,000 to 1. Nice to see you again, sir. Love from Rob x"
Fans and fellow stars have been quick to comment on the coincidence on social media. Popstar Delta Goodram said: "That's amazing."
While cricketer Danielle Wyatt commented: "wow" with the heart-eyes emoji. Intagram fan account rewindrobbie said: "That’s so weird! He should buy a lottery ticket."
And Jessaroundtheworld said: "He's the one". A reference to Robbie's 1999 number one hit She's the One.
Born in Tunstall, Stoke-on-Trent, Robbie Williams is currently embarking on his European XXV tour, celebrating 25 years as a solo artist. During that time he had 14 number one solo albums, the highest number in chart history having eclipsed Elvis Presley.
