The mystery over what team Robbie Keane actually supported as a child might finally have been solved by his son.
It has become an ongoing joke in the football community that Keane supported an endless amount of teams in his childhood.
But to be fair to Ireland's record goal scorer, he only ever explicitly stated that it was his boyhood dream to play for a club on two occasions, when signing for Liverpool and Celtic.
Yet, given that Keane moved around a lot as a player, the joke has naturally followed him around.
Sometimes he didn't help himself. When signing for MLS side LA Galaxy he called it a 'dream come true'.
So many dreams Keane seemed to have as a child that it is hard to figure out who he actually supported growing up in Tallaght.
But a big clue seems to have been dropped in recent days when Keane's wife Claudine posted a picture of the artwork of their son.
The artwork is of a pair of sandals coloured in red with 'Liverpool' and 'Keane 7' written on them.
We don't always support our father's favourite team, but it is often the case and suggests that Keane was always a Liverpool fan at heart.
Keane had a short spell at Anfield during the 2008-09 season before returning to Tottenham Hotspur for another successful spell.
Speaking on the We are Liverpool podcast, Keane told Robbie Fowler: "I can never understand this! In Ireland, you are brought up, as in like, you are given Celtic. That is just the way it is.
"And then you always have an English team, that is completely normal in Ireland. You ask anyone, you'd have loads of Liverpool fans now going to watch Celtic games, so that thing of being a fan grew legs.
"You are brought up Celtic, you are actually given Celtic, and then you pick your team in England. It was great, it's a fantastic club, playing in front of them fans is hard to describe.
"Liverpool and Celtic fans are very, very similar, in terms of the atmosphere and noise in the games. It was a really great experience that I really enjoyed.
"I was only there a few months, but having the opportunity to play for Celtic was great."
In all, Keane played for 11 different teams in a globetrotting career and now he has taken his first foray into management.
The 42-year-old has taken over the reins at the Israeli club Maccabi Tel Aviv after a short spell as assistant manager to Sam Allardyce at Leeds United.
