Rob Page has confirmed his Wales contract runs through until the end of his side's World Cup campaign.
The 47-year-old has taken charge of the Red Dragons since Ryan Giggs was arrested in November 2020, with the former Manchester United player due to face trial at Manchester Crown Court in August after being accused of causing actual bodily harm to his former partner Kate Greville and assault by beating of her sister in an alleged incident outside his Greater Manchester home. Giggs, who denies all charges against him, is also accused of coercive and controlling behaviour against his ex-girlfriend. Read the latest on Giggs and his trial date here.
Under Page, Wales gained promotion in the Nations League and also secured World Cup qualification for the first time in 64 years, having also played at Euro 2020 last summer. The current head coach is now set to take his country into the Qatar tournament, with Wales facing the United States of America, Iran and England in the group stages of the global showpiece.
