Ayrshire's busiest roundabout will be hit by a week of roadworks in early January.
Diversions on the south approach road and exit of the traffic artery will be in place from 8pm-6am for a total of seven nights.
It comes as vital upgrades take place which will benefit more than 35,000 vehicles which use the roundabout each day.
Drivers are being warned of delays through the route, with diversions set to re-route traffic through Ayr.
The signed diversion is:
- Northbound traffic will take the A70 westbound at Holmston Roundabout then turn right onto the A79 Station Road, following north onto John Street before turning right onto the A719 and re-joining the A77 at Whitletts Roundabout.
- Southbound traffic will take the A719 westbound at Whitletts Roundabout then turn left onto the A79 John Street, following south before turning right onto Station Road and then left onto the A70 and re-joining the A77 at Holmston Roundabout.
Work will kick off on Monday, January 9 and run until Monday, January 16.
