A road in Aberystwyth was has reopened after a bus reportedly collided with a car resulting in 15 passengers being treated by paramedics. The A487 was closed for several hours after the incident on Saturday afternoon.
Emergency services attended the incident between Aberystwyth and Talybont at around 3.45pm. A number of people were taken to hospital after the crash although none of the injuries were thought to be life-threatening, according to reports.
In a tweet at 4pm Dyfed-Powys Police said: "The A487 between Aberystwyth and Talybont is currently closed due to a collision. If possible, please avoid the area and find an alternative route. Thanks"

Traffic Wales' website suggested that the road had been cleared by 10.30pm on Saturday. Google Maps showed traffic was moving freely on the road apart from some congestion around a construction zone near Rhydypennau.
The BBC reports that "about 15 bus passengers were being treated by paramedics" after the crash. The ambulance service told the BBC a number of people were taken to hospital. However, Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Service said none of the injuries were thought to be life-threatening, said reported the BBC.
