The high street fashion retailer regularly teases what’s in stock via its social media platforms and the comfy, beige knitted loungewear has had a huge reaction from followers.
River Island shared a picture of the winter-proof set to Instagram, saying: “What's your *must watch* series right now? We need something to go with our cosy loungewear”.
The knitted co-ord, which consists of a ribbed cardigan and matching stirrup leggings, is currently on sale online.
Both pieces are made from a ribbed knit fabric and the cardigan boasts an oversized collar and zip front fastening.
Shoppers can now snap up the Beige Ribbed Zip Up Cardigan for £28, down from £45, and the Beige Ribbed Stirrup Leggings for £22 instead of £35.
River Island's Instagram post about the set has racked up several comments from keen followers, with many people saying it looks "so cosy" and "stunning".
