River Island shoppers have been swooning over a 'beautiful' red maxi dress after spotting it online.
With the sunny weather finally here to stay, many shoppers will no doubt be on the hunt for that perfect summer dress. The retailer often shares new and exciting products to its 2.4m followers on Instagram, and this time a red dress proved incredibly popular.
On Instagram, the post read: "Yes, we created THE dancing emoji dress, but even better [red dress emoji]". The post soon racked up hundreds of likes from shoppers keen to snap up the summery outfit.
The Red Chiffon Frill Slip Maxi Dress is priced at £70 and is currently available in sizes 10, 12 and 14. In a beautiful chiffon fabric, the dress features frill detail and a v-neck.
It's also sleeveless, making it ideal for the hot weather, and also features a split hem. The maxi length makes it a great option for holiday wear or for a cooler summer evening.
Among the comments, one River Island shopper said: "This is so beautiful [loveheart eye emoji]."
A second shopper said: "I had one like this from Kookai in 2001 and adored it, love the style."
