Rita Ora has broken her silence over rumours she was in a 'throuple' with Taika Waititi and Tessa Thompson.
The Masked Singer judge, 32 and the Thor director, 47 - who reportedly got hitched last year - got tongues wagging when they were snapped with the Creed star, 39 during a boozy drinking session.
The trio looked so close, fans assumed they were in a 'throuple' - a la David Haye, Una Healy and Sian Osbourne.
Speaking ahead of the launch of her new album, Rita said: "Have you ever been in a situation where you’ve had a lot of drinks and everyone’s your best friend?
"And then the next day you’re like, 'I was talking to this person in the smoking area for four hours and I’ve got no idea who they are?'
"Literally – that [photo] was just a bunch of friends having a good time. They [Taika and Tessa] had a crazy schedule and everyone was letting loose," she told GQ magazine.
Rita added that even though the trio weren't in a 'throuple' she was praised by her LGBTQIA+ fanbase for 'normalising' the situation.
When asked about the rumours at the time, Taika said: "I think in the world of the internet, everything goes away pretty quick".
In an interview with the Sydney Morning Herald, he added: "And also, 'is it that big a deal?' No, not really. I was doing nothing wrong. It's fine."
The acclaimed director and Rita reportedly tied the knot last summer with the couple said to have exchanged vows in an intimate and "special" ceremony held in London.
The singer and the filmmaker are understood to have been in a relationship since 2020, with rumours of them getting engaged starting to circulate last year.
New-Zealand born Taika, who has two kids from a previous relationship and whose credits include Thor: Ragnarok and Jojo Rabbit was spotted sporting a wedding band in a photo in September.
It's been claimed the couple's wedding was an intimate event, though the pair are said to be preparing a "big, showbiz-style bash" to celebrate their nuptials with more guests.
However, a source told the Sun: “A big, showbiz-style bash is planned to celebrate, but don’t expect to see it being flogged to the highest-bidding magazine."
Rita recently spoke about getting married in an interview with Louis Theroux.
Staying tight-lipped about whether she'd actually tied the knot, she teased: “Getting engaged has definitely been a conversation. I’m happy," she gushed, before adding: “Getting married is something I’ve dreamed of since I was a kid, and he definitely is a great human. He’s awesome."
