A protest broke out at a secondary school after a popular teacher resigned claiming she had experienced racial harassment.
Staff were forced to barricade themselves inside rooms as students attempted to break down doors, according to one worker at Redland Green School in Bristol.
They claimed around 200 pupils started rioting, spraying graffiti on the walls, smashing toilets and tipping over bins.
