Former Manchester United defender Rio Ferdinand has questioned Harry Kane's decision to remain with Tottenham Hotspur despite the North London club having not won a trophy since 2008.
Kane has been heavily linked with a move away from Spurs in recent seasons, with the England captain close to joining Manchester City in the summer of 2021. However, a move failed to materialise following the acquisition of Jack Grealish and the striker remained with Tottenham.
The 29-year-old is now among United's targets for next summer as Erik ten Hag looks to add a marquee striker to his squad. However, it remains to be seen if the player will leave the London outfit - with reports suggesting that he is open to extending his stay at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
