Ring road around Ambala: Compensation of Rs 107.33 crore given to farmers of six villages for land acquisition

AMBALA: Haryana home and health minister Anil Vij on Tuesday distributed cheques worth Rs 107.33 crore, as compensation to 253 farmers of six villages of the district, whose land has been acquired to develop about 40 kilometer long ring road around Ambala.

The farmers belong to Bara, Bohawa, Dhurali, Dukheri, Kot Kachhwa Khurd and Mohra villages of Ambala district.
