Ask mostly anyone and they will tell you the same thing: mascara is one of the most, if not the most, important item in their makeup repertoire.
In fact, one poll found that when asked to choose between mascara, concealer or foundation, blush, eyeliner or eyeshadow, and lipgloss or lipstick, the majority of respondents (35 per cent) stated that mascara was the one item of makeup that they could not live without.
