Rihanna and A$AP Rocky have sent fans into a frenzy after the music power couple got "married" in one of his music videos.
Rocky released his long-awaited video for hit D.M.B, which he self-directed and heavily features the Fenty Beauty founder throughout.
The music video was filmed last year before she was pregnant with the couple's first child, which is due in the coming months.
The 33-year-old rapper posted behind-the-scene photos on his Instagram page on Thursday, with the caption: "PROUD 2 ANNOUNCE MY DIRECTORIAL DEBUT D.M.B. VIDEO OUT NOW!!! THANK$ 2 ALL INVOLVED WHO HELPED & $PECIAL THANK$ 2 MY LADY FOR THE MOTIVATION & ROLE."
However, the couple sparked speculation surrounding a possible engagement or even marriage following elements of Rocky's directorial debut.
During the video, Rihanna is seen wearing a red bridal gown and veil before Rocky smiles at her, with gold grills in his teeth saying 'Marry me?'.
The Umbrella singer smiles back immediately with gold grills of her own, which say 'I do'.
It is believed that the 'proposal' was just the two music stars having a joke, but that did not stop the theories from flowing on social media.
YouTube users also commented their opinions of the newly-released song, with one branding it "an amazing piece of art".
The user wrote: "The ending of this song really touched me. The essence of NY, childhood, classic movies, love and clean ratchetness was all present.
"I felt like I was watching and seeing visually the stories I heard of when my elders and OGs would talk about love and their special other they had when growing up and old photos to show it.
"It was like you had to imagine the story and life they lived and it’s almost like asap made that into a video.
"This was an amazing piece of art. So original. Thank you ASAP we needed this."
Another said: "Rocky and Rihanna together is one of the best things to ever happen in music."
Due to her pregnancy, Bajan queen Rihanna could not attend the Met Gala last Monday but she still managed to shine at the glitzy event.
The Metropolitan Museum of Art paid tribute to the 34-year-old mother-to-be with a life-size marble statue of her, which is head-to-toe in a floral pattern, after collaborating with Vogue magazine.
Posting a video of the sculpture on her Instagram page, Rihanna wrote: "Shut down the met in marble! What’s more gilded than that? Lol!
"Thank you @metmuseum and @voguemagazine for this historic tribute! y’all bad for this one!"
