A rider reportedly picked up their e-scooter and smashed the windscreen of a car in Bristol. Investigating officers from Avon and Somerset Police have released a photo of a man they would like to talk to in connection with the criminal damage.
Police say a collision took place between a car and an e-scooter in Stapleton Road shortly before 7pm on December 20, 2022. The rider then kicked the car wing mirror and picked up the e-scooter and smashed the windscreen of the driver’s black Toyota Yaris.
The force said in a statement: "We’re issuing a photo of a man – described as slim build, about 5ft 10ins and with black facial hair – who we hope to identify and speak with.
