Host Dermot O’Leary asked about any issues the members have encountered. Ricky was rather philosophical in his answer.
“Of course, we have our arguments and fall out,” Ricky said. “The reasons a band split up aren't as big as the reasons to stay together.”
The Kaisers, known for songs including Ruby, I Predict a Riot and Never Miss a Beat, have recently been working with Chic legend Nile Rodgers on new music. Ricky said the band had to be on their ‘A-game’ when working with the icon.
Ricky said: “He does have ‘it’ and he’s good at bringing it out of other people.” Looking to the future, it sounds like we’ll have lots to come from Ricky and the boys in the coming years.
Ricky added: "We enjoy it and every couple of years we bring out an album."
