Richie Myler has made a touching statement to his former teammate Rob Burrow.
Rhinos supporters were reduced to tears and laughter as Rob Burrow and his family took over the pre-match build-up to Leeds Rhinos' clash with Huddersfield Giants yesterday (June 23).
The family were guests of honour at the club's Motor Neurone Disease awareness game while Burrow's daughters, Macy and Maya, starred in Sky Sports' pre-match build-up, interviewing the coaches and close family friend, former Leeds player Barrie McDermott.

Rob's daughter's Macy and Maya had starred in a pre-match dance routine that featured 777 local schoolchildren, a nod to Rob's famous spell at Headingley where he wore the number seven shirt. Twenty percent of ticket sales from both clubs will be donated to the MND Association.
The build-up was played out live to the audience at Headingley, with a tear-jerking tribute to Burrow being shown on the screen. Soon after, he and his wife, Lindsey, were given a standing ovation as they entered the field.
Fellow Rhinos player, Richie Myler, paid special tribute on Instagram to Rob Burrow's appearance. He said: "Big performance from the team on a special night for the @rob7lindsey family & the @mndassoc community.
"Hats off to all in involved for the coverage and support #leedsrhinos #rugbyleague #mnd"
