Richarlison Tottenham debut delayed with new signing handed one-match ban after throwing firework in Everton win

Richarlison will have to wait for his Tottenham debut with Spurs’ new signing to start next season with a suspension.

The Brazilian international has received a one-match ban and been fined £25,000 after being charged by the Football Association (FA) with improper conduct last month, meaning he will be unable to play against Southampton in the opening fixture of 2022/23 on August 6.
