Antonio Conte is expected to make a number of changes to the Tottenham side which enjoyed a 4-0 win over Crystal Palace. The clash with League One outfit Portsmouth in the FA Cup third round could prove to be a much-needed respite for the Lilywhites amid congested fixture schedule.
However, Spurs have a number of players currently out injured meaning the likes of Harry Kane, who otherwise may be granted a rest, could feature in some capacity. While Tottenham will be focusing on securing a place in the fourth round, Conte will have the north London derby at the back of his mind - a blockbuster clash on January 15.
With that being said, football.london has taken a look at all the latest Tottenham injury news and possible return dates ahead of the clash with Portsmouth.

Dejan Kulusevski

What Conte has said: "Kulusevski is not a serious injury but you know we need to monitor it day by day and tomorrow and then we take the best decision. I don't know [if he can face Palace]."

Richarlison
Another of the forwards currently missing is summer signing Richarlison, who picked up a thigh injury during his time at the World Cup with Brazil. The versatile striker has been a miss for the Lilywhites since the return, with a little while before he will be fully fit once again.
What Conte has said: "About Richarlison we have to see and check the situation and for sure in the future he will have another MRI to understand very well his situation."

Rodrigo Bentancur
Tottenham midfielder Rodrigo Betancur has been in fantastic form this season when he's played, finding some goal scoring form to his game too. His injury at the World Cup with Uruguay came as a huge blow to Spurs, who will be hopeful of a return soon as he steps up his recovery.
What Conte has said: "About Rodrigo Bentancur, he has started to work. He's still not ready and also for the FA Cup game but we hope to have him back for the next Premier League game."
