Richard Hammond has shared his fears that he may get early-onset dementia as a result of a past brain injury.

The former Grand Tour star, 56, suffered a brain injury when he crashed his car at 320mph at an airfield in 2006. He had another crash in 2017, barely escaping his supercar before it burst into flames.
