Rich Eisen and fans say Joe Burrow will be back to Super Bowl

Whether the Cincinnati Bengals will make the Super Bowl again — and whether Joe Burrow will be more Dan Marino or Tom Brady in that regard — has been a topic of how debate this offseason.

For some, the laundry list of stellar quarterbacks who lost their first Super Bowl and never made it back is just too much history for Burrow to overcome.

For others, like Rich Eisen, Burrow’s ability to outright change the Bengals organization — on top of his on-field performance — means the team will be back eventually:

“Joe Burrow is going back to the Super Bowl. How about this? Multiple times…Part of the reason you’re saying this is because you believe the Bengals are the Bengals. You don’t think the Bengals can do it because the Bengals are the Bengals. They play in a stadium that doesn’t have a naming right. The owner is such a dinosaur…I’m here to tell you Burrow has changed, it’s over for a long ass time.”

Funnily enough, Eisen didn’t just stop there. He then opened up the idea to his listeners with a poll.

And that poll overwhelmingly says the Burrow will indeed get back to a Super Bowl:

Granted, even Eisen and his crew agree that doesn’t mean it will happen this year. But as most outside observers can see, Burrow’s helped change the organization and that bodes well for his chances to get back.
