The FSAI has issued a number of recalls for products sold across supermarkets in Dublin due to food safety concerns.
Householders have been asked to check their cupboards and fridges for implicated items and follow the advice issued. Recall notices for the products have been displayed at point-of-sales in stores.

Recalls
Fortified Immunity Selenium
United Drug Wholesale is recalling a batch of Fortified Immunity Selenium food supplements due to distribution past the product's expiry date. The affected products have batch code L20235 and an expiry date of September 30, 2022.
Golden Lily Dried Kelp Seaweed
A batch of Golden Lily Dried Kelp Seaweed (100g) is being recalled due to an elevated level of iodine. Consumption of high amounts of iodine can affect thyroid function.
The implicated batches have the best-before date of July 30, 2023.
Nam Meo Black Fungus Nature’s Best Harvest
Nam Meo Black Fungus Nature’s Best Harvest (100g) is being recalled due to the presence of Salmonella. The affected batches have the best-before date of October 10, 2023.
Clearspring Organic Wholegrain Rice Cakes
The follow batches of the Clearspring Organic Wholegrain Rice Cakes (lightly salted; pack size: 12x130g) have been recalled due to an elevated level of aflatoxin B1 in the rice:
- R22176B, best before date: 26/06/2023
- R22181B, best before date: 01/07/2023

All batches of the below product codes of Holland & Barrett Ultra Soya Lecithin and Mega Soya Lecithin food supplements contain peanuts which are not declared in the list of ingredients.
Baxter & Greene Beef Lasagne
Batches of Baxter & Greene Beef Lasagne (pack sizes: 400g and 800g) with all use by dates up to and including November 10, 2022 may contain allergens that are not declared in the list of ingredients. This may make the batches unsafe for consumers who are allergic to or intolerant of wheat, milk, egg, or celery.
