Rhasidat Adeleke smashed her own Irish 400m record once again with an incredible run in America in the early hours of Sunday morning.
The Dubliner posted the fourth fastest time in the world this year at the NCAA Championships in Austin, finishing the race in 49.54 seconds.
It comes just a month after she broke the 50-second barrier for the first time by setting a new Irish record with a time of 49.90.
