New Delhi: Parents of the victim of RG Kar Medical College rape and murder case are now free to approach Calcutta High Court. The Supreme Court granted the liberty on Monday.

While allowing victims' parents to approach Calcutta HC, Chief Justice of India Sanjiv Khanna bench stated that a single-judge bench of the High Court is monitoring the case.
