RFK Jr chuckles when asked about stunning raccoon admission

HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. was questioned by lawmakers during a congressional hearing about his vaccine policies and proposed budget cuts.

During a break, a TMZ reporter asked Kennedy about a report that he once severed a dead raccoon's penis.

Kennedy laughed at the question but did not provide a response to the reporter.

The New York Post had earlier reported on a 2001 diary entry by Kennedy detailing his collection of roadkill for study.

In the diary entry, Kennedy described cutting the penis from a road-killed raccoon on I-684.
