The Van Gogh 360 Immersive Experience is a global traveling exhibition and is currently happening in Delhi (and recently concluded in Mumbai). If you are a Van Gogh fan, you must visit but keep your expectations to the minimum. I was personally very disappointed with it, it was anything but immersive. There is an anteroom that has backlit displays of some of his works, with biographical sketches on each.... which is ok. But the main attraction, which is the 360 immersive piece is nothing more than a very large hall with his works being projected on all the 4 walls and the floor. And while that sounds pretty grand, here is the issue. The ceiling is not part of the experience, and it stands out as a sore and sorry interruption to the contiguity of your vision of what could have been 360. In fact the ceiling was conspicuous in its an ugly collection of lights and projectors that simply did not sit well with the immersive promise.
