I've been testing an air fryer by Dreo, which slots nicely onto my counter but can do everything from baking and crisping, to dehydrating and even making yoghurt.
With a 3.8 litre capacity and a dishwasher-proof single chamber, it's big enough for a meal for a couple, depending on what you're creating, and it has a clear, easy-to-use digital panel on the top.
