Revealed: The London borough among the worst in the UK for uninsured drivers

London’s worst area for uninsured drivers has been revealed as part of Havering.

New data from the Motor Insurers’ Bureau (MIB) showed the RM1 postcode in the borough was the sixth worst in the country for uninsured motorists.
