A Merseyside restaurant has shared its frustration after being hit with a number of ‘no shows’ this week.
Mustard & Co in Crosby took to its social media channels to share its disappointment with customers failing to show up for their bookings this weekend. The restaurant said there is “no excuse” for customers failing to let the venue know they wouldn’t be attending.
No-shows and cancellations are one of the biggest issues that restaurants face. It can leave businesses out of pocket if enough people cancel at the last minute or worse, don’t show up without letting the venue know.
