Resilient Chocolate Demand Supports Cocoa Prices

July ICE NY cocoa (CCN26) today is up +10 (+0.28%), and July ICE London cocoa #7 (CAN26) is up +11 (+0.41%).

Cocoa prices are moving higher today, with London cocoa posting a 2.5-month high on carryover support from Thursday on signs that consumer demand for chocolate is holding up. Better-than-earnings results this week from top chocolate makers Hershey and Mondelez International show consumer chocolate demand remains steady despite high prices.
