Neighbours have chosen to bring the street party up to date by throwing a first-of-its-kind ‘air-fried event'.
The residents on Fry Crescent are living up to their street's name by cooking all their Coronation party food using the must-have kitchen appliance of the year - an air fryer.
They will whip up everything from Coronation Quiche to Scotch Eggs in a selection of air fryers donated to the residents by the cookware and small appliance manufacturer Tefal.
