Warning of garden floods if plans go ahead for nearby major Nottinghamshire housing development

A resident living next to a major housing proposal in a quiet village has taken pictures of flooding around his house.

Peter Hood, whose Jacksdale property lies on the southwest corner of the 81-home proposal, said that the surrounding area of his house floods at least twice a year.

Developers Peveril Homes said that they are putting plans in place to make sure any new homes do not have the same problem.
