Pennsylvania [US]: For babies">babies with position-related head flattening (deformational plagiocephaly [DP]), helmet therapy has a very high rate of success. On the other hand, infants with Medicaid insurance are more likely to have delayed treatment and are less likely to undergo helmet therapy.
