The Tennessee Titans are reportedly adding to their defensive line room with the signing of veteran free-agent defensive tackle, Jaleel Johnson.
The news comes from Jordan Schultz of TheScore, although the length and financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
A former fourth-round pick of the Minnesota Vikings in 2017, Johnson spent four years there before moving on to play for the Houston Texans.
After being waived by the Texans in November of last season, Johnson was claimed by the Atlanta Falcons, appearing in six games for the team.
Over the course of his career, the Iowa product has played in 74 games (21 starts) and tallied 125 tackles (11 for loss), 6.5 sacks and 12 QB hits.

His best season came in 2019, when he finished with career-highs in sacks (3.5) and tackles for loss (five) in 16 contests (three starts).
Johnson will now look to crack a Titans roster that is strong upfront but in need of depth options behind the starters.
