Soon-to-be former Tennessee Titans running back Derrick Henry has yet to find a new home in free agency, but there appears to be mutual interest between he and the Baltimore Ravens.
The news comes from CBS Sports’ Josina Anderson, who notes that an agreement has not been reached between the two sides.
Henry signing with the Ravens has been widely speculated about during the offseason, which makes sense considering The King would be a good fit there.
While there was at least a chance that Henry might return to the Titans, that was put to bed on Monday after Tennessee reportedly agreed to terms with running back Tony Pollard, who will be Tyjae Spears’ backfield mate in 2024.
While the running back market has been hot on Day 1 of the legal tampering period, things have been quiet pertaining to Henry, as this is the first rumor we’ve seen regarding where he might end up.
If Henry does indeed land in Baltimore, he won’t be facing his former team in 2024, as the Ravens aren’t one of the Titans’ opponents.
