The New England Patriots are losing an assistant coach, as Josh McDaniels looks to complete his coaching staff as head coach of the Las Vegas Raiders. according to NFL Network’ Ian Rapoport. Bo Hardgree will be the Raiders quarterbacks coach. He completed his first season with the Patriots in 2021.
He was an offensive assistant for New England. He has prior experience with the Miami Dolphins, serving as their quarterbacks coach from 2016-2018.
As the Patriots look to fill their offensive coordinator vacancy, there is no clear indication as to how the Patriots will replace McDaniels. One of the intriguing storylines for next season in particular is how this will affect the development of Mac Jones.
