The 2023-2024 College Football National Championship will be played on Monday and it will feature No. 1 ranked Michigan taking on No. 2 ranked Washington.
It was already a big game to watch for Raiders fans as J.J. McCarthy and Michael Penix Jr. are expected to be first-round quarterbacks in this year’s draft. But there could be another reason to watch this game; Jim Harbaugh.
Over the last few weeks, it’s become clear that Harbaugh is eying a return to the NFL. But could the Raiders be a potential destination? According to Jordan Schultz of Bleacher Report, it appears that the Raiders and Harbaugh do have some mutual interest in one another.
Sources to @BleacherReport: There is mutual interest between the #Raiders and current #Michigan HC Jim Harbaugh.
I’m told Harbaugh wants to return to the NFL, and has “a lot of interest” in the #Chargers’ vacancy as well.

Harbaugh might be the biggest name in this coaching cycle and his track record in the NFL is very good. But will the Raiders aggressively pursue him instead of hiring Antonio Pierce? Time will tell, but it does appear that the Raiders do have an interest here in Harbaugh and would love to set up an official interview.
