Daboll has not yet hired an offensive coordinator, but that is said to be down to three candidates – Mike Kafka, the Kansas City Chiefs’ quarterbacks coach, who is scheduled to interview on Wednesday, Houston Texans passing game coordinator Pep Hamilton and Chad O’Shea, the New England Patriots’ quarterbacks coach.
O’Shea has also worked with Daboll in the past.
Tierney has been working under Daboll in Buffalo since 2018 and was with him in Alabama in 2017. The poaching of the Bills’ offensive staff continues. Daboll is also expected to hire offensive line coach Bobby Johnson.
