Dozens of people being held at an ICE facility located at Fort Bliss have said they were either beaten by guards or were witnesses to others being beaten, according to a new report issued by legal and human rights advocates.
In the 84-page report, which was jointly issued on Wednesday by Human Rights Watch and the American Civil Liberties Union, men and women held at Camp East Montana in El Paso, Texas, allege being forced to live in filthy conditions, denied necessary medical care and fed inedible meals.
