The Chicago Bulls are rapidly approaching a crossroads as their season has not gone as planned.
Chicago sits as the No. 11 in the Eastern Conference with a 13-18 record as they currently ride a two-game winning streak.
With recent rumblings of Zach LaVine and the Bulls not seeing eye-to-eye, the rest of their league have their eyes focused on the situation in Chicago.
On Thursday, Bleacher Report’s Chris Haynes reported that DeMar DeRozan may ‘request to be moved’ if Chicago doesn’t turn their season around.
If matters don’t improve this season, rival executives believe it could lead star guard DeMar DeRozan to request to be moved in the offseason, league sources tell Bleacher Report.
Haynes mentioned DeRozan’s timeline as this coming offseason but for the Bulls, it may serve them well to move the five-time All-Star before this season’s trade deadline if they’re still looking up at the East playoff standings.
