Report: Calvin Ridley, Titans Agree to Lucrative Four-Year Contract

The Tennessee Titans are signing Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Calvin Ridley to a four-year, $92 million contract, NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport reported on Wednesday. The deal includes $50 million guaranteed.

Ridley was a free agent after spending one season with the Jaguars, a year in which he started in all 17 games and totaled 1,016 yards and eight touchdowns.

The 29-year-old will join receivers like DeAndre Hopkins, Chris Moore and Treylon Burks on the Titans. Tennessee went 6–11 last season, placing fourth in the AFC South. The Jaguars posted a 9–8 record and sat second in the division.

Ridley likely will be catching passes from quarterback Will Levis, the Titans’ presumed starter in 2024 after appearing in nine games last season. Former Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Mason Rudolph is set to be Levis’s backup after signing with Tennessee on Wednesday.

Quarterback Ryan Tannehill, who has been with the Titans since 2019, now is a free agent.

By remaining in the AFC South, Ridley will get a chance to battle his former teammates in Jacksonville twice next season.
