The Eagles will hold their final practice of the week before departing for Tampa Bay, and the team is expected to play without All-Pro wide receiver A.J. Brown.
Star quarterback Jalen Hurts is a safe bet to play, according to Jeremy Fowler and Adam Schefter, after dislocating the middle finger on his right throwing hand.

Fowler had this to say about Brown on the morning segment of ESPN’s SportsCenter.
“Now this is a situation in doubt, A.J. Brown. I’ve talked to a source who said that it’s not looking great for him to play Monday night. Still not determined yet. I’ve talked to another source who said it’s going to be a tough call; they’ll give him more clarity over the weekend. But the knee is still an issue and so he hasn’t practiced all week. We’ll see if he can get out there in some capacity today but really not looking great right now. They could be without their top option.”
Brown reportedly wants to be as close to 100% before returning to the field.
The news of Brown’s potential game status came after the star pass catcher deactivated his Twitter (X) account and wiped his Instagram page of all Eagles-related references.
