Rep. Greg Stanton Joins Democrats Urging Biden To Step Aside

Arizona Representative Greg Stanton has joined a growing number of Democratic lawmakers in calling for President Joe Biden to suspend his reelection campaign. In a statement posted on social media, Stanton emphasized the importance of American democracy and the need to make progress on shared priorities.

Stanton's call for a new nominee comes as the 12th House Democrat to urge Biden to step aside. Vermont Senator Peter Welch has also expressed similar sentiments.
